Reflexology – £40
Gentle to firm pressure to points on the feet to bring deep relaxation, increase well-being and ease tension in your whole body.
At first visit a questionnaire is completed with information about your general health and lifestyle. It would be helpful if you could bring details of medication you are currently taking. Allow 70 mins, thereafter 60 mins.
Course of 4 = £156.00. Payable in advance. Cheque/cash/bank transfer only.
Reflexology home visits – £50.
A number of private health insurance companies cover reflexology e.g. Healthshield and BUPA additional Health Care Plan. Receipts given on request.
Nutritional Therapy – price on request.
After completing a questionnaire, Caroline will interpret all your answers to prepare a written recommendation and summary. Price includes first consultation – face to face, and support by telephone or email.
Ear Candling – £48
Beneficial for removal of wax without invading the inner ears. Helpful for sinus problems, hayfever and headaches. Useful for blocked ears prior to flying. Aim to have a treatment 2 weeks before taking a flight.
Reiki – £35
Treatment to person who is fully clothed.
